The Fikes Recruiting Department is a busy center of our company where a talented staff markets, educates, identifies qualified professional drivers. Since Fikes is a non-asset based company, our efforts over the years had been focused on reaching contractors interested in leasing to Fikes.
Now, however, as we explore alternate avenues for growth and work to establish partnerships with Fleets, we have added "Driver Recruiting" to the list of services we can provide to interested Fleet Owners. From billboards and radio sponsorships to truck shows and print advertising, Fikes is in front of professional drivers everyday -- sharing our story and inviting them to learn more.
